The North Shore Animal League sponsors FWS on a practically weekly basis by providing adoption units for FWS to hold their adoptions on in local shopping centers. Our adoptions would be nearly impossible without the incredible support NSALA has show us.

The Feline Welfare Society one of several rescue groups that is featured in Janet Marlow's FOUR LEGGED ANGEL video. The Feline Welfare Society was conducting an adoption, and Janet Marlow, the creator of the well-known Four Legged Angels video, took some footage of some of the amazing feline friends that we had available for adoption. Janet Marlow stated, "We are in a new era of care giving for animals and we don't need to look further than rescue shelters and adoption organizations and the good people who take on this heart-felt task."
Janet Marlow took her video camera to shelters & rescue groups (listed on Janet Marlow's site) to film Four Legged Angels. Weeks before she had written the words and music to express that the animals that we adopt are the angels that we rescue and that rescue us! Janet Marlow's music is science-based designed music to help relax and release their alert behavior while at rest. The music has been composed and recorded by a specific process for your pet(s) needs. The frequency range of the music has been modified for your pet's hearing sensitivities. Janet Marlow's music for cats, dogs, & horses has proven success of putting animals at ease acoustically and scientifically. Her innovative approach for animals has been featured on Animal Planet, Everyday with Rachel Ray, Woman's World, WNPR with Faith Middleton, Dog Fancy and Animal Wellness Magazines.
Janet's husband, Alan Brennan and Janet recorded the song. Alan is the featured lyrical violin and Janet plays the ten-string guitar and singing.
There is a surprise ending in the DVD with Janet & Alan's beloved dog, Rags. He knew he was doing his job to portray the essence of the message of Four Legged Angels.
